Terms & Conditions

  • Payment for auction items is to be made by winning bidders by no later than 31 November 2024, via electronic bank transfer into the bank account specified by way of email to winning bidders.
  • Auction items will be released by The Gary & Vivienne Player Foundation to winning bidders once full payment has been received.
  • Winning bidders will be responsible for the delivery cost, and where applicable the necessary transit insurance, of movable auction items. Such cost will be communicated to winning bidders before delivery is secured.
  • Auction items are not for resale, commercial use or transferable.
  • All auction lots are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Auction items are sold as per the descriptions of the items in the auction brochure. Unless stated – flights, transfers, accommodation, and meals are not included and must be arranged separately by winning bidders.
